An amazing autumn in New Hampshire!

Fall is one of my favorite times of the year so it’s always hard for me to see the leaves falling from the trees.  But we are indeed putting the wraps on another foliage season in New Hampshire. And what a season it was!  What a treat it was for me to see the transformation of the season each week as we traveled from region to region to capture the breathtakingly beautiful scenery.  I must give props to Mother Nature though – she sure did put on one amazing show!! Strolling around New Hampshire’s Seacoast!

A crisp feeling in the air, pops of color along the roadways, ocean views, gentle breezes, miles and miles of nature trails --- and fewer crowds?  I was able to find all that and more in my travels this week. Seeing the sights in and around NH’s Lakes Region

Just when you think the foliage show can't get any brighter and BOOM, it does!  I have been hearing reports of how awesome the foliage has been around New Hampshire's Lakes Region.  So, I had to go check it out for myself.  There is still an abundance of color to be seen in this region with beautiful corals, peaches, yellows and reds dotting the trees.  And there is just something magical about seeing these autumn hues reflecting in the crystal clear waters below. Spectacular scenery en route to Mt. Kearsarge at Rollins State Park!

Wow, what a week! Foliage around New Hampshire is on fire! I don’t know about you, but I have seen some pretty amazing sights this season and this week is no exception. I’m really excited to share my journey that took me west along I-89 from Concord to Mt. Kearsarge and Rollins State Park (exit 8). NH Fall Foliage is out in full force!

Wow! What can I say about the leaf transformation over the past several days? I think "unbe-leaf-able" pretty much sums it up!  (I've been waiting all week to use that one). Seriously though, I had an amazing time seeking out the season's best foliage -- and from my view the colors are striking, stunning, and nothing short of SPECTACULAR!
